Every Wednesday from now until March 4th Planta Alta will be screening a movie by French film director Jean Luc Godard. The cycle has been put together for Planta Alta by photographer Martín Crespo. Movies will be shown with Spanish subtitles and the screening schedule is as follows:

Planta Alta is (perhaps the only) contemporary art gallery in Asunción. Located in a rennovated building in the Centro the gallery has several show spaces and features art you don´t normally get to see in Paraguay. While you´re there you can have a drink at the bar (caña is the house special) and enjoy the view of Plaza Uruguaya down the block and a really interesting looking old building across the street.
Planta Alta is located at Caballero and Mariscal Estigarribia across the street from the Chaco Hotel and next to Overall Artesanías. There is no number on the door, only the innitials PA above the threshold.
Esta noche en Planta Alta se estrena el Ciclo Godard. Se mostrará un film del director francés Jean Lúc Godard cada miércoles hasta el 4 de marzo. El ciclo fue organizado por el fotógrafo Martín Crespo. Las películas se mostrarán con subtítulos en Español. El agenda será:

Planta Alta es (quizás la única) galería de arte conemporanea en Asunción. Ubicado en un edifiio renovado en el Centro la galería tiene varios espacios para exhibiciones y muestran arte que normalmente es difícil de encontrar en Paraguay. Mientras estás allí puedes tomar algo del bar (el trago de la casa es caña) y disfrutra de la vista – en frente hay un edificio antiguo muy interesante y también se puede divisar la Plaza Uruguaya a una cuadra.
Planta Alta se encuentra en Caballero y Mariscal Estigarribia en frente del Hotel Chaco y al lado de Overall Artesanías. La galería no tiene número, sólo las iniciales “PA” sobre el umbral.
