I don&#039;t know how I missed it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even though Mexican Queso Fresco is white and fairly bland, I would say that it is not the same as queso paraguayo because I don&#039;t think Mexican Queso Fresco turns yellow and oily with age.  Sharp?  Yes.  But not yellow and oily.</description>
